This notice explains how Thrive GLP collects and uses personal information when you visit our website or join our early-access waitlist. Thrive GLP is the controller of the personal information described here.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the date you joined and whether a confirmation email was sent. Our hosting providers may also process limited technical information, such as request logs, device or browser details and IP addresses, to operate and protect the website.
Please do not submit medical or health information through the waitlist form. The form is only intended to collect an email address.
How we use your information
- To add you to the Thrive GLP early-access waitlist.
- To send your confirmation and relevant launch or early-access updates.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
- To respond when you contact us.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent to send waitlist and early-access emails. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. We rely on our legitimate interests to operate, secure and improve the website, provided those interests do not override your rights.
Who receives your information
We use trusted service providers to host the website and database and to send email. Brevo processes your email address to deliver confirmation and early-access messages. Providers only receive information needed to perform their services and may process data outside the UK using appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information while the waitlist is active and for up to 12 months after early access or launch, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we need to retain limited information for legal or security reasons.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to be informed, access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, object to processing, receive a portable copy and withdraw consent. To exercise a right or leave the waitlist, email hello@thriveglp.online.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential security or delivery technologies may be used by our hosting providers to make the website work safely.
